TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EVENT 

 

ARTICLE I

 

Event Entry Requirements

 

a. The event admission starts at 6 PM, the afterparty admission entry beginsat 8pm. Late arrivals will be seated at the discretion of management or may be refused entrance after 15 minutes past their ticketed arrival time.The ticket may transfer to a future show date. b. Event details & performance line up may be subject to change. c. Refunds may be requested up to 7 days in advance of the Event for up to 50% of the ticketed price. Tickets may be transferred to a future show date if you are unable to attend a performance, advance notice is required and will be at the discretion of Event management. d. Free pre-party tickets do not guarantee admission and are at the discretion of management due to occupancy limits.e. Table or seating location or placement in the Event is subject to changewithout notice at the discretion of Event management

 

Age Requirement

 

f. Entry into the Event is limited to persons that meet the minimum age requirements (I.E; Over the age of twenty-one (21) on or before the day of the Event. To consume alcohol at the Event, you must be at least twenty one (21) years of age or older. The Event is intended for mature audiences only. To enter the Event, you must have one of the forms of approved identification listed below that demonstrate proof of age to enter the Event and/or to consume, be served, purchase or possess alcohol. No exceptions will be made. g. Bracelets will be used as admission to the Event. h. VIP admission bracelets include the production and afterparty, 6-11PM. ii. General Admission (GA) bracelets include the production and afterparty, 6-11pm. iii. GA livestream admission bracelets include the production viewingonly 6-8pmiv. The pre-party is free, no bracelets will be required for entry.

 

ARTICLE II

 

Revocable License (Venue may refuse admission)

 

h. Each ticket provides attendees with a revocable license for entry to the event space, admission may be refused and purchase price refunded.

 

ARTICLE III

 

Emergencies (Acts of God)

 

i. Venue management reserves the right to postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the Event. j. The venue may refuse admission to any individual whose conduct is deemed by management to be unsafe or disorderly. l. The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly by person-to person contact.By entering the Event, You (a) acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and knowingly and voluntarily assume the risk that you may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending the Event and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and/or death to You or any other party, (b) voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability actions, causes of action, suits, sums of money, costs or expenses, of any kind, including but not limited to attorney’s fees and costs (‘claims”), that You or any party may experience or incur, and (c ) hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless the Company parties, any Event vendor(s), from any and all Claims of any kind arising out of or relating thereto.

 

ARTICLE IV

 

Delays

 

k. Event attendees understand and acknowledge that due to the nature of the Event, there may be delays beyond Event management control. Should there be a delay, the production schedule and entrance time may shift.

 

ARTICLE V

 

Venue Admission Requirement.

 

l. Venue Management reserves the right to, without any refund for any portion of the ticket purchase price, to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be unsafe or disorderly, who uses inappropriate, vulgar or abusive language, who fails to comply with the venue’s health and safety protocols or other policies, or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions set forth herein.

m. Each person entering the venue agree that they may be searched upon entry or re-entry into such venue and by entering or reentering they consent to such searches and waives any and all claims that may arise with respect to such searches. If an individual elects not to consent to such searches, that individual maybe denied entry to a venue without refund or other compensation.

n. By entering the Event, You assume any and all risk and/or danger, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, resulting from, or incidental to, the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the Event, including, but not limited to, any death, personal injury, loss of property, or any other loss, damage or liability whatsoever. You understand that your use of your ticket is contingent upon your voluntary assumption of the risk and any danger that may result from, or be incidental to, your presence at the event.

o. Event attendees are required to be good audience participants and expected to refrain from vulgar or loud behavior. Any physical damage to the Event space will be penalized and may result in a fine at the discretion of Event Management.

p. By attending the Event, you understand, agree and acknowledge that:

ARTICLE VI

 

Recordings

 

Audience and Event Recordings

 

You may be photographed and filmed, and ii. You hereby provide the Company with your absolute, express consent to be photographed and filmed. You further understand and agree that these images and/or recordings can be registered, stored, transmitted, broadcast/streamed, rebroadcast, distributed, and sold for archival, promotional, and/or commercial purposes, in any manner and in any media, now known or hereafter discovered or conceived, without any compensation to you.iii. Your name, image and/or Your likeness may be captured as part of and/or used in connection with any broadcast/stream, audio, visual or audio-visual recording, photograph and other reproduction or publication of the Event (the “Footage”) and may also be used by oron behalf of the Company or any of the Company’s parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, sponsors, officers, shareholders, successors, licenses or assigns for any purpose, including but not limited to, archival, promotional, and commercial purposes, without any compensation to you.iv. You waive all other rights in and to the Footage, including, but not limited to, all claims of so-called moral rights. This Footage may also be used as a means to identify and facilitate the prosecution of illegal or impermissible conduct.v. By attending the Event you consent awareness that all parts of the production are being recorded and those recordings may be used for commercial and advertising use without compensation.vi. By attending the Event, the audience acknowledges that the production is being recorded and their image or likeness may be used for future screenings.vii. At the Event, there may be camera surveillance for the purpose of ensuring the safety and proper operation of the Event. The footage may be registered or stored by the company or governmental authorities for the purpose of ensuring the security and safety ofEvent attendees and the enforcement of and compliance with the safety regulations on the Event site.s. Any recordings made by Event attendees on or near the Event site of the production may not be used for commercial purposes, unless consented to by the Company Including, without limitation, having ads run.
